By accessing and using Kamaleads Network, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Service
Kamaleads Network is a product-based affiliate platform that sells digital books and rewards members with GH₵ 5.00 referral commissions on verified purchases. This is not a recruitment scheme — all earnings come from real product sales.
3. Registration
- Registration is free. No joining fees or hidden costs.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- One account per person.
- You are responsible for your account credentials.
4. Commissions
- Members earn GH₵ 5.00 per verified book sale through their referral link.
- Commissions are credited as "pending" and subject to admin approval.
- Self-referrals are not eligible for commission.
- Fraudulent activity will result in account termination and forfeiture of commissions.
5. Purchases
- Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.
- Download links expire after 24 hours and are single-use.
- You may not redistribute purchased eBook files.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
- Account: Name, email, phone, password (hashed).
- Purchases: Customer name, email, payment reference.
- Referral Data: Referral codes, commission records.
- Technical: IP address, browser type, cookies.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Process purchases and deliver digital products.
- Calculate and pay referral commissions.
- Communicate about your account.
- Prevent fraud and ensure security.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share only with: Paystack (payment processing), your referrer (your name for commission tracking), and when required by law.
4. Security
- Passwords hashed with bcrypt.
- All communication encrypted via HTTPS.
- Payment processing by Paystack (PCI-DSS compliant).
5. Your Rights
- View and update your profile anytime.
- Request account deletion by contacting support.
- Request a copy of your data.
